Job Description:

The Social Media & Community Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the Cheerios, Shredded Wheat, and Nestlé Cereals Portfolio social media communities across multiple platforms through the development and delivery of social content. The role involves delivering engaging content, developing and executing social community strategies, championing the social consumer, creating organic campaigns, engaging with consumers and fans, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, managing influencer campaigns, performing social listening, and providing insights for strategy development.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, a degree qualification, previous work experience in social media (agency or in-house), strong paid, owned, and earned social experience, creativity in generating innovative ideas, ability to create engaging content, experience in managing social communities and driving community engagement, familiarity with trending content and influencer networks, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop, AfterEffects, and Premiere Pro, basic photography and videography skills, and the ability to challenge the status quo, build positive relationships, and work effectively in ambiguous situations.
