Job Description

Elevation Individual and Family Therapy is seeking a Social Media and Marketing Specialist with a background in Graphic Design and experience in website management. This role involves managing various social media platforms for daily posts, creating and updating graphics, coordinating content creation days, attending special events, taking pictures and videos, editing content, conducting market research, and working on promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate should be friendly, warm, social, energetic, confident, and creative.

Requirements

• Attend special events hosted or participated in by the company.
• Coordinate content creation days and establish creative direction for content.
• Capture videos and photos during company events and daily operations.
• Edit videos to appeal to the general public.
• Conduct market research to understand trends relevant to the target audience.
• Demonstrate innovation and self-drive to achieve goals.
• Have experience in graphic design and working with Canva design software.
• Possess general knowledge of mental health.

Additional Information

The position is part-time with an hourly pay range of $15-18, depending on experience, knowledge, and success. Candidates must live within driving distance of the offices in Matteson and Homewood, IL. The role allows for some remote work but requires proximity to the mentioned locations.

The company currently uses Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube for social media management and aims to increase its following through engaging content creation and regular updates.
