Job Description

As a Junior/Midweight Graphic Designer in this role, you will be responsible for the overall look and feel of allocated magazine titles. Working within a team of four designers, you will collaborate with photographers and editors to ensure high-quality products are delivered. Additionally, you will be involved in designing other company literature, digital assets, video editing, and web design. Your key responsibilities include designing and laying out pages, ensuring visual style consistency, developing innovative design elements, setting brand guidelines, creating design templates, redesigning the magazine as needed, working with photographers, attending review meetings, and keeping up with procedures.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role should possess 1-2 years of graphic design experience, knowledge of effective commercial design, proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, excellent communication skills, ability to work individually and in a team, a strong portfolio showcasing design skills, technical knowledge of print and production (advantageous), working experience with fast-paced briefs, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently produce high-quality work. Video editing and web design experience are desirable.
