Job Description

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to help create a visual identity for Down to Earth that reflects our values, mission, and personality. The role involves developing marketing materials, managing the website, creating internal communication materials, and designing graphics for various platforms.

Requirements

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio

- Website management experience

- Ability to develop a brand for an organization

- Proficiency in design software

- Keen eye for aesthetics and details

- Creativity, confidence, and enthusiasm

Desirable:

- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field

- Interest and some experience in video and photography

- Welsh language skills

Note: The role offers a salary range of £30,000 to £36,000 for a full-time position, subject to experience. The working hours can range from 30 to 37.5 per week with flexible work options.
