Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Live Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting live sales sessions on TikTok and other social media channels to promote and sell our exquisite range of jewelry and candles. This role requires creativity, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills to engage with potential customers and drive sales through compelling presentations and interactions. You will also be responsible for implementing our social media strategy to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. Responsibilities:

• Conduct live sales sessions on TikTok and other social media platforms to showcase our products, highlighting their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
• Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing personalized recommendations to drive sales.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content for live sessions, leveraging trends and creative strategies to attract and retain viewers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to live sessions.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout live sales sessions, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers.
• Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of live sales sessions and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in conducting live sales or presentations on TikTok or similar live streaming platforms.
• Strong knowledge of jewelry and/or candle products, including materials, craftsmanship, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse audience.
• Creative flair and a keen eye for visual storytelling, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with viewers.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving sales and exceeding targets.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a smartphone or computer for conducting TikTok Live sessions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
• Basic video editing skills are a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.28 - $22.09 per hour
