At Hot Tees, we are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with Customer Service experience to join our team. The role involves working with customers to set up quotes, provide customer service, and create vector art in Adobe Illustrator for customized apparel.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer proficient in Adobe Illustrator, experienced in creating and editing compelling vector graphics, and with a track record in social media management and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and edit vector graphics for screenprinted apparel using Adobe Illustrator.
• Assist schools and organizations in the order process, ensuring their visions are accurately translated into the final product.
• Manage and enhance our social media presence across various platforms to reflect our brand’s voice and mission.
• Collaborate with the production team to maintain design quality from concept to delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator with a strong portfolio showcasing vector graphics.
• Exceptional communication skills and experience working directly with customers.
• Previous experience managing social media for businesses.
• Creative thinker with an eye for design, detail, and ability to quickly learn new computer programs and web apps.
• Self-directed, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects.
