Our client, the market leader in online organic cosmetic formulation education, is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee and manage marketing activities including launches, content, community, social media, and data. This role involves contributing significantly to the growth of the business and its educational platform.
Responsibilities include managing marketing funnels, developing content marketing strategies, coordinating launches, integrating AI into marketing efforts, driving PR strategy, analyzing data across various channels, attending live events, and leading a global marketing team.
Requirements
Successful candidates will have 5-10 years of experience as a Marketing Manager in an online organization, possess team and project management skills, be results-driven with the ability to work under tight deadlines, demonstrate enthusiasm for the organic formulation sector, and show flexibility in working hours. Strong data analysis and communication skills are essential.
