Job Description

As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate our audience. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to deliver high-quality designs that align with our brand identity and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging graphics for various platforms including print, digital, and social media.
• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and artwork for marketing materials, advertisements, packaging, and other collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Translate marketing objectives into creative strategies and concepts.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and software tools.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Experience in the FMCG sector is preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, etc.).
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
