Job Description

We are seeking a driven individual with a passion for marketing and graphic design to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital campaigns across all channels. The ideal candidate should be highly creative with strong analytical skills and experience in identifying target audiences.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Edit and process images for upload.
• Post-edit photos including resizing, retouching, color correcting, straightening, and cropping.
• Create layouts based on available space and aesthetic design concepts.
• Design daily newsletters and marketing materials for email, social media, and homepage/site banners.
• Ensure consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
• Collaborate with the in-house team to plan and align product and campaign launch dates.
• Work with overseas vendors and colleagues on branding designs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in digital marketing.
• Strong photo editing skills with an excellent portfolio.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad campaigns.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of design software programs like Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficient with web and email platforms like Shopify, Mailchimp, Pinterest, Instagram, and TikTok.
• A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills.
