Job Description

bodySTRONG is seeking a qualified Social Media Manager to assist in developing and implementing social strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our local target audience. This role will play a crucial part in managing our social media platforms, creating compelling content, and analyzing data to optimize our social campaigns.

This is a contract position for up to 10 hours per week with an opportunity to grow into a permanent position if successful.

The right candidate will be a great fit if they have experience working with small businesses and small teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
• Experience shooting photo and video content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creativity in developing engaging content that aligns with our brand voice
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and techniques
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Ability to conduct research and analyze data to inform strategies

About Us

bodySTRONG is an emerging fitness brand located in downtown Burien. We offer indoor cycling, strength, conditioning, and mobility classes, as well as personal training and nutrition coaching. Our studio provides clients with an all-inclusive experience for all their fitness needs. We seek to eliminate the need to have memberships at multiple fitness studios to develop a well-rounded routine. With our concept, clients are able to train in strength, cardio, mobility, and flexibility all under one roof.
