Job Description

This role is focused on driving editorial and publishing needs with Sprinklr Social Publishing and Engagement. Responsibilities include tactical planning of global social media channel strategy, daily content publishing, and content creation for events across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter. The role also involves compiling reports, analyzing performance data, and providing insights for a large recognized brand or healthcare clients.

Requirements

- 2 to 3 years of experience in compiling reports, MS Excel

- Minimum 3+ years of increasing responsibility in social media channel management and publishing in a regulated industry, preferably medical devices

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand customer data

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- On-site role required on Tuesdays and Thursdays to collaborate with writers and teams

- Prefer candidates with a background in medical devices or regulated processes to understand complexity

- Portfolio link on resume is a plus
