Job Description

Do you have a passion for creating beautiful and impactful visuals in the natural and sustainable beauty industry? We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join Tropic’s creative division on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will work on various campaigns for the Ambassador community, internal communications, and PR projects, ensuring brand vision consistency across multiple touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and events in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Creative Lead and team to provide innovative design solutions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Suite tools for graphics and multimedia content creation.
• Support creative concepts development across platforms while meeting project deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
• Communicate design concepts effectively within the Creative Team.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects) is a must. Knowledge of PowerPoint is a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
• Solid understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.

Additional Information

• Employment Type: 12-month maternity contract, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
• Location: Hybrid working with at least 3 days in the office at Croydon.
