Schedule: FT, Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm

Salary: $17 - $20/hr. DOE

Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and design solutions for print and digital media, including but not limited to: marketing collateral, static and animated social media graphics, website assets, advertisements, large-scale graphics, and branding materials.

- Conduct thorough quality checks on all deliverables to ensure accuracy.

- Monitor industry trends, design techniques, and software tools.

- Create visually appealing layouts, illustrations, and graphics that adhere to brand guidelines and project requirements.

- Collaborate with team members and provide constructive feedback.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or associate degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

- Experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or other relevant tools.

- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and design best practices.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, animation, animated GIF creation, photography or videography.

Skills

- Understand digital marketing strategies and concepts and design for marketing-specific outcomes.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in branding and design standards.

- Be adaptable and willing to embrace feedback on designs.
