Job Description
The Social Media Specialist - Cereals will be responsible for managing and growing the social media communities of Cheerios, Shredded Wheat, and Nestlé Cereals Portfolio. They will create engaging social content, execute social community strategy, engage with consumers and influencers, and contribute to brand advocacy while supporting overall business objectives.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, a degree qualification, previous experience in managing social communities, familiarity with trending content, ability to work with influencers, track record of creating engaging content, basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite, and a willingness to challenge the status quo. They should also be proactive, eager to learn, and adept at building positive relationships with various stakeholders.
Additional Information
The role is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract based in Gatwick, West Sussex, with occasional travel to Welwyn Garden City. The salary is up to £36,000 depending on experience, with additional benefits such as bonus, flexible working scheme, pension, and personal development opportunities.
