Job Description:
Based in a beautiful converted barn in the heart of the South Downs National Park, SkillGate Ltd has been providing online learning software for over 20 years. We are looking for a talented and creative CSS focused Graphic Designer to work with our experienced Technical Team to deliver new ideas, create templates, and help develop the next version of our software.
Requirements:
- First-class experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related design products
- Good understanding of UX issues and ability to advise programmers on code adaptation
- Good team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with programmers to develop modern graphical look and feel for products
- Working with the marketing team to support them with requested material
Typical Daily Activities:
- Creating website designs and templates
- Working with coders to create modern web page look and feel
- Ability to create branded designs based on branding guidelines
- Staying up-to-date with recent technological and software developments
Other Information:
- Job Type: Temporary contract
- Contract Length: 3 months
- Pay: From £30.00 per hour
- Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
- Benefits: On-site parking
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Work Location: Hybrid remote in Midhurst, GU29 0DP
