Job Description

The UIUX Designer will be responsible for creating user stories, personas, storyboards, prototypes, wireframes, conducting usability testing, and interpreting requirements to create UI designs. The role will also involve collaborating with different teams, negotiating with users and team members, and training staff on the use of UX/UI design and tools.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of user experience design, front-end code (HTML and CSS), user-centered design best practices, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They should be empathetic, detail-oriented, a critical thinker, and have design thinking/visualization skills. Proficiency in Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, HTML5, and CSS3 is required. Knowledge of the Pega platform and state court systems is desirable. The candidate should also have experience with Figma.

Responsibilities

The UIUX Designer will be responsible for planning and conducting user research, interpreting data and qualitative feedback, determining information architecture, creating sitemaps, and conducting usability testing. They will also create user stories, personas, storyboards, prototypes, and wireframes.
