Job Description

We are seeking a talented Freelance Designer to join our team. As a Freelance Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for various projects. This is a remote position that offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work on diverse projects.

Duties:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and objectives
• Create and present design concepts, sketches, and mock-ups
• Develop high-quality designs for logos, signage, layouts, and other visual materials
• Utilize color management techniques to ensure accurate representation of brand identity
• Perform photo manipulation and retouching to enhance visual appeal
• Conduct typesetting and layout design for print and digital media
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across platforms
• Provide guidance and support to junior designers when needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Freelance Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
• Knowledge of sign manufacturing processes and materials is a plus
• Excellent understanding of color theory and its application in design
• Ability to sketch ideas quickly and effectively communicate concepts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Other Information

• This is a freelance position with project-based assignments.
• Compensation will be based on the scope of each project.
• This position requires the ability to commute to Tualatin, OR 97062.
