Job Description

• Responsible for creating and executing marketing materials such as logos, brochures, website designs, and other collateral
• Develop and optimize online and print collateral for sales and clinical teams
• Help create and manage branding guidelines and ensure alignment in branding and designs
• Contribute to the overall success of the marketing department
• Maintain and update web pages in line with marketing and branding strategy
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
• Collaborate with internal departments and contribute to team brainstorms and project planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or equivalent
• Experience with tools like Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, teamwork/project management tools, and cloud-based platforms
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including late nights and weekends
• Positive attitude and alignment with company values

• This position is part-time (15-20 hours weekly) with potential for full-time
• Location: Hybrid remote in Mcminnville, OR 97128
