Job Description

As the Senior Graphic Designer at Human Appeal, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality creative ideas and graphic design across print and digital platforms to promote brand awareness, drive feedback, and donations. You will manage design projects from concept to completion, oversee design elements, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure all work meets deadlines and visual identity criteria.

Requirements

• Degree (or equivalent) in Art, Design/Creative/Graphic Design, Production, and Brand Management, or relevant experience
• 3+ years of related experience in design, film, photography, etc.
• Experience using project management tools like Asana
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams
• Strong understanding of effective Creative Design practices, trends, techniques, and processes
• Passion for charity and humanitarian work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite
• Advanced MAC programme skills
• English proficiency, knowledge of additional languages like Arabic or Urdu is an advantage

This is a full-time role initially offered on a 1-year fixed term contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.
