Job Description:
- Creating and designing assets for various communications channels and print-ready files for company initiatives
- Designing and producing digital deliverables like reports, presentations, and newsletters
- Proposing and executing design solutions in line with current trends and brand guidelines
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple assignments in a high-volume environment
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Google Slides; knowledge of Photoshop, animation, or no code tools is a plus
- Experience in creating infographics and complex illustrated graphics
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and project management abilities
- Knowledge of crypto & web3 industries preferred, but openness to learning is crucial
