Job Description

This position will assist the creative team in developing visual concepts for advertisements, brochures, and digital initiatives. Responsibilities include brand design applications, concept creation, design composition, photography production and editing, typographic rules application, design trends analysis, marketing email creation, and web asset creation.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a degree/diploma in graphic design or equivalent experience, excellent written and verbal skills in English and French, a strong portfolio showcasing design work, and be based in Montreal. Skills required include the ability to work in a team environment, meet deadlines while maintaining quality, possess strong design sensibilities, brand identity knowledge, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Additional assets include Adobe Lightroom skills, HTML and CSS knowledge, and photography skills.

Other Information

The position offers 8-16 hours per week, with an initial 6-month contract that may be extended. Applicants must be based in Montreal; out-of-province or country applicants are not being considered at this time.
