Job Description
The User Experience Researcher position at eTeam involves working within the Onyx Research Data Platform organization to enhance user experience and drive user-centric design decisions for data products and services. This role includes developing user research plans, executing studies, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the overall user success of the products.
Requirements
Basic qualifications for the User Experience Researcher role include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, data science, informatics, biology, or a related scientific discipline with at least 3 years of experience. Proficiency in a wide range of user research methodologies and techniques, including quantitative and qualitative research methods, is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, biotech industry, or digital healthcare industry
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
- Foundation in biology preferred, with an understanding of concepts like target discovery and molecules
