Job Description

This role is pivotal in crafting visually captivating digital marketing materials, presentation decks, infographics, and videos across various platforms. Utilising AI-driven design tools to create innovative and dynamic visual content. Immersing in the audience, gathering insights, and advocating for their needs in design decisions. Defining the purpose and direction of design initiatives, fostering collaboration across departments integrating AI capabilities to enhance creativity and efficiency. Leading the design, development, and execution of experiences that foster engagement and habit formation. Facilitating clear communication and alignment within your team and across functions to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Highly skilled Graphic Designer with a proficiency in AI tools

- Seasoned experience in graphic design and video production, preferably focusing on product design

- Hands-on experience with AI tools like Adobe Sensei, Runway ML, DALL-E

- Passion for creating visually compelling content that communicates complex concepts

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, FIGMA, and Google Slides

- Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing for transforming ideas into engaging visual narratives

- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently

- Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques

- Skills in using data analytics tools and conducting qualitative user research

- Ability to craft product experiences that drive retention and customer engagement through design solutions
