Job Description:

• Create labels and perform proofreading/verification tasks on product labelling.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve differences in documents.
• Assist in document management entries, configuration, and processing.
• Support the development, design, and implementation of product labelling.
• Manage tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
• Design, create, and execute designs, layouts, and illustrations for product labelling.
• Finalize artwork and proceed with submissions for agency approval.
• Proofread product labelling to ensure conformance to all inputs.

Requirements:

• Advanced Diploma or Degree in Art & Design, Graphical Design, ICT, IT, or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with ISO standards and design control.
• Proficient in software like MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, & Illustrator.
• Ability to use electronic comparator software and manual proofreading techniques.
• Experience in quality control is an asset.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Other Information:

• Work Hours: M-F (40 hours)
• Work Location: Round Lake, IL
• Must be able to work onsite, hybrid once trained (3 days in office)
• Salary ranges may vary based on experience and qualifications.
