Job Description

Paradigm is seeking a Freelance Junior Graphic Designer to support their Marketing team. This role entails working closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to create digital and print assets for legal software solutions. Responsibilities include designing web banners, social images, sales collateral, print ads, and presentation decks.

• Design print and digital assets for marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the creative assets align with strategic goals.
• Manage project progress autonomously and engage stakeholders for input.
• Generate new creative ideas to enhance marketing content and collateral.

Requirements

• 3+ years of graphic design experience within a marketing context.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with video editing software like Premiere and AfterEffects is a plus.
• Familiarity with presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Keynote.
• Strong eye for composition, layout, color scheme, and typography.
• Ability to multitask autonomously and work efficiently.
