Job Description

As a Social Media Manager at Ella and I, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage social media accounts, and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice and strategy
  • Design and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive engagement and increase followers
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies
  • Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule
  • Identify and establish relationships with social media influencers and brand ambassadors
  • Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and audience preferences

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts for a brand or business
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing content
  • Proficient in social media management tools. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
