Job Description:

The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create user-centered designs informed by data, business goals, and technical capabilities. They will be responsible for rapidly prototyping, conducting usability testing, and creating design solutions that span across different channels of the business. The ideal candidate will have experience leading design initiatives and improving product quality and delivery speed.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of experience in designing at tech companies or digital agencies.
• Mastery of standard design tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end design solutions, user research, usability testing, and AB testing.
• Proven experience leading full life cycle design projects and managing projects from start to finish.
• A portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and a collaborative work approach.

Physical Demands:

• Mobility to work in a standard office setting and use standard office equipment.
• Sitting or standing for extended periods up to eight hours per day.
• Ability to use vision to read computer screens and printed materials.
• Frequently required to stand, talk, and/or hear.

Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000

The specific compensation will be determined based on factors like role scope, candidate skills, education, and location. Full-time consultants will have access to benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401K contributions, PTO, sick leave, and other benefits per state or local regulations.
