Job Description:
This role involves contacting business owners to gather listing information and post ads on various internet sites for selling Business Brokerage & Commercial Real Estate. The candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and be highly motivated and skilled. Working remotely with a flexible schedule to meet client needs.
Requirements:
- Graphic design skills, knowledge of Photoshop
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- High motivation and strong work ethic
- Detail-oriented with accurate computer skills
- Friendly and personable demeanor
- Availability of reliable cell phone and computer with audio/video capabilities
- Familiarity with posting ads online and maintaining descriptions and images
- Part-time availability with a 48-hour turnaround for client tasks
Other Information:
- Location: Fully remote via Zoom from anywhere in Florida
- Part-time, flexible, and temporary job type with a pay range of $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 1 – 10 per week
