Job Description
The Social Media & Marketing Manager at ACF will be responsible for developing and executing the organization’s social media content strategy, promoting programs and anti-racist values, engaging with artists and music lovers, and generating earned revenue through ad sales. They will collaborate with the ACF staff to promote programs on various platforms and participate in promoting events and campaigns. Additionally, they will oversee advertising opportunities on ACF platforms and manage relationships with advertising clients.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in social media management, marketing, or a related field, with a track record of successful campaigns. Proficiency in social media management platforms, strong communication skills, attention to detail, passion for the arts, and commitment to anti-racism are required. Candidates should be able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have experience with graphic design software, among other skills.
Additional Information
Location: The position is remote with occasional in-person requirements. ACF values a staff and community living across the country and welcomes flexible work hours.
Compensation and Benefits: This is a part-time position paying $27 per hour for approximately 20 hours per week, with a home office stipend. The position includes ten paid vacation days and is not eligible for health insurance or other benefits.
