Job Description:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing professional graphic design work as directed by the Director of Marketing and Enrollment.

Reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications.

Part-time, non-exempt position from 1 August 2024 to 30 October 2024, requiring 15 hours a week.

Requirements:

• Must be a Christ-follower who upholds the school’s Core Values and Statement of Faith.
• Must attend a church with beliefs aligned with the school’s Statement of Faith.
• Experience in graphic design with a portfolio of projects is required.

Skills/Competencies:

• Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office or Google Suite applications.
• Attention to detail, excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong personal motivation and initiative, ability to work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Complete graphic design for digital and print projects as assigned.
• Design and assist with research and ordering promotional items, spirit gear, and club/team items.
• Assist with brand and style management.
• Create and update PowerPoint presentations for school events.
• Maintain an organized image database.
• Complete special projects assigned by the head of school.
• Support PTF and Athletics Booster Club as assigned.
• Attend meetings and perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position most of the time using repetitive arm, hand, and finger movements.
• Operates a computer frequently and a copy machine often.
• Ability to work in a semi-open office setting with frequent in-person interactions or work remotely.
• Frequent communication with others in person, via email, or telephone.
