Job Description

S&B is hiring a Graphic Designer to join its in-house Marketing and Communications team. Graphic and visual design is crucial for advancing S&B’s marketing strategy as a leading full-service EPC provider. The Graphic Designer will create and produce high-quality and engaging visual communications across various creative projects, including marketing collateral, advertisements/campaigns, brand identity, email newsletters, and event creativity. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop designs that align with business needs while effectively communicating the brand, channel, and message.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:

• Four-year bachelor’s degree in design or a related field (Graphic Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, etc.).
• 5+ years of applied graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or corporate marketing or communications setting.
• Proven experience in graphic design across various mediums, including print, digital, and email formats.
• Online portfolio required showcasing design concepts and application at scale, including advertising, social media, event themes, and marketing collateral.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Expert knowledge of graphic design fundamentals/processes, brand identity guidelines, and strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and creative thinker with strong time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Well versed in full Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams required).

Additional Information

Responsibilities include developing and designing corporate marketing collateral in various formats, maintaining brand standards, managing projects from inception to completion, and supporting photo/video productions. Physical demands require the ability to hear, see, speak clearly, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. The role typically requires working in an office environment with occasional site visits.
