Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a talented and creative Brand Designer to join our team in Stockton-on-Tees or Newcastle. If you have a passion for creative design and a keen interest in online marketing and digital technology, this could be the perfect role for you. You will develop visual concepts and designs that align with Visualsoft’s brand identity to generate leads and maintain a consistent experience throughout the full marketing and customer journey. This includes creating branded design assets across both print and digital mediums for projects such as the Visualsoft website, social media platforms, Vodcast series, in-person events, reports, and emails.
You will work collaboratively with the brand team and internal stakeholders to ensure that designs accurately reflect the brand’s desired image and messaging.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Developing visual concepts and designs that align with Visualsoft’s identity.
- Creating artwork for digital and offline marketing, print, and promotional materials.
- Collaborating with the brand team and internal stakeholders to ensure brand alignment.
- Researching current design trends and staying updated on new technologies.
- Presenting design concepts to internal stakeholders for feedback.
- Making revisions based on feedback received.
- Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy in all designs.
- Providing support and guidance to colleagues.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to design-related discussions.
Qualifications:
- A Graphic/Web Design qualification or relevant experience.
- Passionate about design, eCommerce, and digital marketing.
- Organized with strong attention to detail and effective proofreading skills.
- A self-starter with strong initiative and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, systems, and processes.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a great team player.
- Professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
- Flexible approach to working.
- Knowledge of digital design best practices and trends.
