As the Graphic Designer at Plus Packaging Ltd in Liverpool, your primary role is to elevate our brand identity and marketing initiatives through captivating visual designs. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Director, your creative talents will contribute to showcasing our commitment to exceptional service, vast product range, and personalized customer support. By crafting compelling designs for catalogues, flyers, website graphics, and various digital platforms, you will play a vital role in attracting and engaging our target audience while reinforcing our position as a leader in the packaging industry. Your innovative approach and attention to detail will ensure that our brand remains synonymous with quality, reliability, and convenience, driving continued success for Plus Packaging Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design a comprehensive catalogue featuring our extensive range of over 2000 products, ensuring consistency in branding and visual appeal.
• Develop engaging 8-page flyers showcasing special offers and promotions, with a bi-monthly frequency.
• Capture high-quality product photos for use in marketing materials, website, and other promotional channels.
• Design visually appealing graphics for our website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for visitors.
• Create professional and brand-aligned email signatures for all staff members to maintain consistent branding across communications.
• Develop captivating graphics for various social media platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Design eye-catching electronic newsletters (e-shots) to communicate promotions, product launches, and company updates to our customer base.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on additional design projects as needed, including signage, packaging labels, and event materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in photography and photo editing software is a plus.
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related field is preferred.
