Job Description

The Motor industry is evolving rapidly, and we are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our busy marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role aims to bring fresh and modern ideas to our established dealer group, especially as we look forward to an exciting year in 2024 filled with new vehicles and events.

Responsibilities include creating precise artwork that adheres to quality standards and brand guidelines, responding to the commercial urgency of the role, and designing visual communications that effectively convey messages to our customers.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Experience working within brand guidelines and managing multiple objectives and goals.
• Highly creative with strong problem-solving skills.
• A friendly, self-motivated individual with a ‘can-do attitude.’
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Consistently strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good time management and organizational skills.

Working Hours

Working hours are up to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm. Some weekends and evenings may be required for events, with prior notice given. Part-time and flexible working hours would be considered for the right candidate.

This role is office-based within our Ipswich dealership.

Job Type: Fixed-term contract (12 months). Pay: £25,000.00 per year.

Location and Education

• Location: Ipswich, IP3 9BE (preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design is required.

Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
