Job Description

Logical Media Group delivers powerful digital marketing solutions to opportunity-focused organizations to help them achieve high-performance goals. We are seeking a mid-level contractor to contribute to our in-house creative team. The ideal candidate should be a great designer who brings energy, drive, and curiosity to their work and team relationships. You will be responsible for creating and designing on-brand solutions for various digital marketing strategies, reporting to the creative team manager while managing your own projects.

Requirements

Must Haves:

• Create and design on-brand solutions for clients/projects that align with overall digital marketing strategies, including paid media campaigns, email marketing, eCommerce assets, social media marketing, and other digital brand collateral.
• Ability to conceptualize client/project goals and execute strategies from conception to finalized deliverables.
• Effective relationship-building and communication skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in professionally presenting ideas and finalized deliverables to clients and stakeholders with confidence, while offering explanations of the creative strategy supporting project goals.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating craftsmanship, consistency, sophisticated typography, and high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to go above and beyond in design production and strategize ways to improve marketing strategies from a design perspective.
• Project and time management skills to prioritize and produce deliverables without compromising quality.
• Ability to apply previous client and creative team manager feedback to current and future tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4–6 years of graphic or visual design experience; agency experience preferred but not required.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in design for digital marketing.
• Experience with motion design and Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
• Familiarity with task management systems (Asana).
