Job Description

The Graphic Designer is responsible for maintaining consistent company image and brand recognition at EIS. They will oversee overall concept development and execution of creative deliverables while collaborating with product managers, designers, and the digital team. This role combines creative thinking with analytical skills to translate concepts into visual expressions driving customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include creating designs, layouts, and production for a range of materials such as emails, website collateral, social media content, brochures, flyers, magazine ads, and tradeshow materials. The designer will also develop design mockups and wireframes for website enhancements, organize timelines for project development, support brand deliverables, manage branded literature distribution, collaborate on video creation, and partner with marketing and product management teams to ensure consistent execution across all channels.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related discipline, along with over one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates should have a working knowledge of design across various media (both digital and print), and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro) and Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and project management skills are essential, along with the capacity to estimate time, materials, and costs for various jobs. The candidate must possess a portfolio showcasing their work.

Preferred qualifications include experience in photography/video editing (specifically using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects), a working knowledge of WordPress or HTML/CMS, and experience with social media management.
