Job Description

Title: Freelance Graphic Designer

Reports to: Director of Digital Marketing

Office: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The Freelance Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing visually appealing and engaging content for social media platforms, designing digital campaign visuals, creating pitch decks, and producing high-quality print collaterals. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and the generation of innovative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and brand messaging.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing skills in social media and digital campaign visuals.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and motion graphics software (After Effects).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for presentations and collaboration.
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout techniques.
• Excellent visual and conceptual skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling designs.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset for team interaction.
• Good time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their visual requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Develop visually appealing content for social media (static graphics, animated GIFs, videos).
• Design impactful digital campaign visuals aligned with brand identity.
• Create captivating pitch decks that communicate brand story and business objectives.
• Design high-quality print collaterals (event invitations, menus, etc.).
• Utilize motion graphics for enhanced digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with various departments to generate innovative ideas.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for visual and messaging alignment.
• Stay updated on industry trends in graphic design and digital marketing.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Contribute to the improvement of design processes and workflows.
• Uphold brand consistency and guidelines across all visual assets.
