We specialize in Chinese herbal food supplements and freeze-dried whole foods for dogs, cats, and horses. We’re looking for a passionate and flexible team player who excels in social media management and can easily adapt to fulfill various roles such as customer service or PR. Requirements

• Proven work experience in social media
• Hands-on experience in content management
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• BA degree in Marketing or a relevant field

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple brand editorial calendars.
• Post to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, & Pinterest once per day per brand.
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).
• Communicate and tend to any needs of influencers and brand ambassadors promptly.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions.
