Job Description

As a Senior Graphic Designer with the Tenet Marketing Group, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling educational and marketing materials that resonate with consumers in the healthcare sector. Your focus will be on designing innovative graphics for advertising, social media, collateral, and patient education programs. By creating content that informs and inspires, you will help patients and caregivers navigate services such as pregnancy, heart care, emergency services, back and joint pain management, cancer treatment, and weight loss solutions.

Your challenge will be to identify, enhance, and create impactful campaigns that stand out in the crowded healthcare landscape. You will craft creative experiences that resonate with patients, prospective patients, and their caregivers, closely collaborating with the Strategic Marketing, Content, and Field Marketing teams to enhance existing materials and develop new campaigns in a fast-paced, positive, and collaborative environment.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of graphic design experience, ideally within healthcare marketing or similar sectors.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and web technologies is a plus.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is preferred.

Skills & Knowledge

• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledgeable about contemporary media platforms and consumer engagement tools.
• Understanding of project management techniques and best practices.
• Ability to conceptualize content and campaigns creatively.
• Knowledge of ADA compliance standards (WCAG 2.0) is preferred.
