Job Description

We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join a growing, family-run business based in Kinross. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team and have the opportunity to advance your career with a leading company. The role involves designing engaging PowerPoint presentations, creating visually striking graphics for digital use, and collaborating with the in-house design team on tailored projects that align with client specifications.

Responsibilities

• Designing engaging and professional PowerPoint presentations that reflect the unique personality of the Company and their clients.
• Developing visually striking graphics for digital use, including social media, website content, and articles.
• Collaborating with the in-house design team to create tailored presentations and designs that meet client specifications.
• Producing bespoke graphic designs for client projects, ensuring alignment with their brand identity.
• Contributing to content creation, including copywriting, to enhance the company’s digital presence.

Requirements

• Expertise in PowerPoint, with the ability to produce email-friendly versions for client distribution.
• A creative individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of branding principles.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as InDesign and Canva.
• Excellent research skills for developing audience-specific content.
• A team player with a professional demeanour, a good sense of humor, and the ability to accept and act on constructive feedback.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000

Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Benefits include a profit share bonus scheme, free parking, free lunch during monthly/quarterly meetings, 28 days holiday (increasing by one day per year up to 35 days, including Bank Holidays), and growth & development opportunities.

Location

The position is based in Kinross, Scotland, with the potential for remote work from Glasgow/Edinburgh satellite offices.
