Job Description

As a major player in the gaming and hospitality industries across California, Florida, and now Texas, Champions is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to help with various projects in a contracted position. The designer will lead or participate in the development of the aesthetics, design, layout, logos, media, product artwork, and marketing materials to enhance Champions products and overall company brand images within marketing. The designer will contribute to the production of graphic designs from conception to delivery and provide recommendations for project execution, offering alternatives and creative solutions.

Requirements

Desired Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital design
• Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Quark, and Illustrator)
• Strong portfolio of digital design work that demonstrates expertise in production design
• Portfolio of related work required to apply for this position
• Ability to take direction, effectively present work, and respond positively to feedback

Responsibilities

• Present creative ideas effectively and manage/implement feedback
• Perform quality control on all designs, ensuring creativity aligns with brand guidelines
• Ensure consistency of design across various digital platforms, including responsive website and mobile layout
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met
• Stay current on industry trends to keep the brand at the forefront of design, layout, and best practices
