Job Description
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video posts.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels.
- Analyze social media data and insights to optimize performance and identify trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Must be located in Knoxville and willing to travel to Oak Ridge, TN, and sometimes Kingsport, TN for content creation.
Requirements
- Brewery and restaurant experience is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite.
- Strong photography skills with the ability to capture high-quality images for social media posts.
- Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing content.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track social media performance.
- Basic video editing skills to create engaging video content for social media platforms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and advertising techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Additional Information
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.75 - $17.67 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Benefits: Flexible schedule
Schedule: 4 hour shift, choose your own hours, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
