West Yorkshire - Hybrid

£40,000 - £60,000

About the role… As Senior Designer, you’ll be joining the existing team of highly talented creatives. You’ll have a firm understanding of brand strategy; campaigns, content creative, shoots, exhibition stands, branding, TV intros, music, innovation, everything which helps tell a story about the brands you’re bringing to life. You’ll work closely with their Creative Director and act as their right-hand person. Day-to-day you’ll direct design projects, ensuring they align with the overall brand system. You will oversee the development and execution of creative strategies, generate and implement innovative, large-scale ideas from conception to rollout, and collaborate with the in-house strategy team on integrated projects.

Requirements

About you… You’ll be a multifaceted Senior Designer with big ideas, keeping up with trends, and able to tell stories through your designs. You’ll have a background in branding and be good with ideas, passionate about the rationale behind these concepts. You should also be comfortable overseeing execution and have a hands-on approach, crafting and refining design elements as needed. You will have proven experience as a Lead Creative or Head of Design, a strong interest in developing and executing large-scale creative concepts, and the ability to work across a variety of industries and project types, including B2B, corporate, consumer, beauty, and fashion projects.
