Job Description

The Graphic Designer/Marketing Assistant is responsible for continuously maintaining the company’s brand aesthetics, both internally and externally. This includes reviewing, updating, and maintaining the company’s visual representation in all aspects. The role also encompasses a marketing function where the candidate will conduct market research, identify market segments, competitive landscape, and positioning strategies under the direction of the CEO. Key responsibilities include creating high-quality graphics and videos for digital, web, print, and social media, maintaining brand standards and style, packaging design, and designing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, email headers, and trade show banners. Additionally, the role requires maintaining and improving web graphics, coordinating third-party marketing services, reviewing and executing SEO/SEM strategies, managing AdWords campaigns, and designing, building, and maintaining the company’s social media presence.

Requirements

- Proven experience in graphic design and marketing

- Strong skills in creating high-quality graphics and videos

- Familiarity with packaging design and various marketing materials

- Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and AdWords campaign management

- Experience in maintaining and improving web graphics and social media presence

- Ability to conduct market research and analyze competitive landscapes

- Excellent communication and coordination skills for third-party marketing services
