Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer specializing in Webflow to join our dynamic team at Tarro. As a key member of the brand team, you will create visually stunning and highly functional web experiences while collaborating with the Brand Design Lead and cross-functional teams (Growth, Product Marketing, Product, etc.) to bring brand stories to life. Your expertise in Webflow is crucial for developing responsive, user-friendly web experiences that captivate our audience, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role will be hybrid, based out of either San Francisco or New York City.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement high-quality, responsive web designs using Webflow.
- Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to translate ideas and concepts into compelling visual designs.
- Create illustrations that enhance storytelling and evolve them into dynamic animations as needed.
- Monitor web analytics and contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions for website improvements and new projects.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate best practices into the design process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in graphic design or creative management.
- Extensive experience in digital and print design, including web design (specifically in Webflow), social media, and advertising.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Creative visionary with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and strategic thinking.
- Proficient in Webflow, with an understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and a thorough understanding of branding.
- Passionate about the latest design trends and technologies.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment without compromising on quality.
