Job Description

The KBR Government Solutions U.S. marketing and communications team is seeking a Graphic Designer and visual storyteller to create marketing deliverables for KBR. The designer will be responsible for delivering visually creative and engaging assets that promote the KBR brand in line with its strategic plan and business goals. The role involves creating varied graphic elements including advertisements, trade show booths, logos, brochures, digital signage, PowerPoint briefings, and more. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing and communications team and will report to the Creative Manager.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• A portfolio showcasing excellence in print design and typography.
• Outstanding ability to communicate ideas through storytelling, visuals, and presentations.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• 7+ years of design experience with a focus on print deliverables.
• Able to convert complex concepts into clear visuals, including infographics and design elements.
• Experience in logo creation and design across multiple platforms such as tradeshow, conference materials, print, and digital.
• Strong project management skills to juggle multiple simultaneous deliverables.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint/Office.
• Attention to detail, flexibility, and strong communication skills.
• Online portfolio required.

Responsibilities

The Designer will:

• Create strategic and original visual content adhering to brand standards.
• Design graphics and illustrations for multiple platforms.
• Provide graphic design support for briefings and presentations.
• Coordinate the design and production of communication products.
• Translate conceptual ideas into effective designs.
