Job Description

Vibrantz Technologies is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a part-time graphic designer. The role primarily involves assisting our Creative and Brand Lead with the creation and design of corporate collateral materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and large-format signage, as well as tradeshow booth design. The graphic designer will support our branding efforts by maintaining consistency across various marketing channels. Ideal candidates should have a keen eye for detail, strong graphic design skills, and a basic working knowledge of video editing software. This position is a great opportunity for a creative individual looking to gain hands-on experience in corporate design and branding.

Responsibilities

• Work across functions and business units to develop creative, engaging visual assets.
• Develop visual communication components for internal and external campaigns.
• Assist in Powerpoint presentation formatting.
• Collaborate and brainstorm to create a wide range of multimedia assets.
• Assist with event design material execution.
• Organize ongoing projects within the project management system.
• Review various design projects for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
• Stay updated on emerging creative and branding practices to continuously elevate the brand’s visual identity and messaging.
• Ensure timely delivery of creative projects by effectively managing timelines, resources, and priorities.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• Ability to work 20 hours per week.
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and visual communications.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
• Adept at learning new systems, tools, and processes.
• Strong background in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to effectively participate in teams.
• Quick learner who can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent ability to inspire creativity and collaboration.
• Must be self-motivated and able to problem solve independently.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Preferred Requirements

• Degree in graphic design, visual arts, communications, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in creative direction and visual identity development.
• Knowledge in Premiere Pro or comparable video editing software.
• Skilled in illustration, animation, and additional artistic mediums.
