Job Description
We are seeking a Part-Time Social Media Manager to help grow and manage the online presence of several exciting ventures, including a gym facility. This role requires a creative, organized, and social media-savvy professional who can develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, and drive online growth across businesses. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional on-site visits for content creation as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Planning & Strategy: Develop content calendars and social media strategies tailored to each business.
- Content Creation & Scheduling: Create and schedule engaging posts (images, videos, stories) across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to build a strong online community.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, report on social media growth, and recommend improvements.
- Collaboration: Work with other team members and coordinate with external freelancers or agencies as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses.
- Creative skills in content creation (graphic design, basic video editing, copywriting).
- Understanding of social media analytics and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or native platform insights).
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Passion for fitness, health, or sports is a plus.
Hours & Compensation
Part-Time: 15-20 hours per week (with the potential to increase based on business growth). Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
Location
Flexible remote work, with occasional on-site visits for content creation if needed.
