Job Title – Graphic Designer
Location – Glasgow City Centre
Hours – FT, 40 hrs per week

We are looking for a creative, motivated, and flexible Graphic Designer to join our thriving Marketing department.
Responsibilities
- Design and Conceptualise: Create eye-catching designs for marketing materials, social media, advertisements, product packaging, presentations, and web content.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all media.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to bring creative projects to life, from initial concepts to final execution.
- Research and Trends: Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to ensure fresh and relevant content.
- Feedback and Iteration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise designs as needed to meet project goals and quality standards.
- File Management: Organise, maintain, and archive digital assets and files systematically.
- Work on additional ad-hoc design briefs for a number of sub-brands within the Group including Harley Medical Group, sk:n, ACES, Larkhall Circuit, 200SVS, and the Moulsdale Foundation.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency, corporate, or freelance setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with other design tools (Sketch, Figma, Canva, etc.).
- Creative Skills: Strong portfolio demonstrating creative skills in digital and print design.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics.
