Job Description

The Data team is a business team that adds value to data-related projects supporting business needs. The team is expanding and is seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer for their dedicated AI team. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, conducting user research, wireframing and prototyping, designing high-fidelity user interfaces, conducting user testing, developing design systems, ensuring successful design implementation, and staying updated on the latest UI/UX trends.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably focused on AI applications or the energy sector.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus: Experience in the energy sector or with AI applications. Familiarity with front-end development technologies (Angular, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Additional Information

Duration: 12+ months W2 contract

Location: Midtown Atlanta, GA - Team is on site 3 days and 2 days remote every week.
